From experience, it's a mixture of both. As well, all my neices and nephews were born with a full head of hair, so it's not uncommon. Personally, I'd rather see a little more hair than the sparse to none, unless I'm trying to make the baby look like he/she has just been born and just came home from hospital.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
